They were kind enough to upgrade our room to a really spacious room. The bathroom had a really nice bathtub with the best shower. The living room was also very nice, but the kitchen was small for that size of room. It’s an old hotel that just needs a little bit of refurbishing(painting maybe) Location is perfect. Close to all the sites. We walked down from Nice-Ville (train station), it’s about 200m to the beach and Galleries Lafayette is about 700m away.

A short and pleasant walk from the tram station that brought us from Nice Airport. A warm and professional greeting from the (excellent) receptionist. Spacious apartment which we found to be clean and stylish and comfortable and well-maintained. Next time we travel to Nice, we will not hesitate to stay here again.

一臥室公寓（50平方公尺）

評價於：2026年06月02日
Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Throughout the night, there was a constant loud noise coming from either the refrigerator or the air-conditioning unit in our room, making it almost impossible to sleep. When we finally managed to rest in the morning, construction work started in the room next to ours, causing even more noise and disturbance. Due to the lack of rest and the ongoing noise, we had no choice but to leave the hotel before our scheduled check-out date. Despite explaining the situation, the hotel was unwilling to assist with a cancellation or any form of compensation, and we ended up paying for two nights while only staying one. Overall, our experience was very poor, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.
