很差的酒店，前台在三樓，房間不如汽車旅館，非常小的衞生間。不推薦。隔壁的宜必思跟它價格差不多，但是它差太遠了。強烈不推薦。

Bonjour juste un petit mal entendu dans la chambre il y avait des cafards je trouve grave pour le prix proposé par l'hôtel premiere classe promenade des anglais j'ai était obligé de tué les cafards car ça m'a empêché de dormir. Donc j'ai passé une mauvaise nuit d'hôtel. Merci de votre compréhension cordialement.

I arrived at night and the reception gave me a very bad room, the door handle was broken. When I asked to change the room he was annoyed and told me if I didn’t like the room ‘I can cancel the booking and leave’. That was at 12:30AM. As a Solo Female Traveller it very difficult when you face people like that. Moreover, the room was stinking and when I went to the toilet, there was poo stuck on the The toilet (which I had to clean because the reception refused to change my room) I also complained to 訂房網站 and was notified that they had informed about a room change but no one changed it the next day. On the 3rd day, I went to the reception the lady at the reception told me that she had no idea about it. The lady was nice and she immediately changed my room and gave me a better room which was clean and smelled nice. I wish I had got that room earlier!

Horrible hotel . We had our bagagens stored on the store room while we were visiting the city and we came back and our Bagages were not in the same place we left them and one shirt was stolen. The staff isn’t nice too

Pour un hôtel première classe prix qui et très correct, il n’y a rien à dire , si il manque quoi que se soit il vous donne immédiatement. Rende également service pour d’autre demande comme le prêt de couverts etc . Aimable courtois
