尼斯日落競技場尼美亞公寓酒店 (Nemea Appart'Hotel Sunset Nice Arenas)

這個酒店和訂房網站平台沒有銜接好，入住時候額外再次收取城市稅，溝通的過程也不是很通暢……希望改進一下不要客人再次碰到類似問題🙋♀️

Absolutely amazing facilities such as swimming pool on top floor and the indoor swimming pool. I thoroughly enjoyed my 4 day stay. It is a little bit further away from Niceville (main city centre) but with the tram outside the hotel, it will take roughly 20-30mins to get there. Plus it is much cheaper than the hotels in Niceville so ends up being worth it!!! Didn't take many photos unfortunately other than the indoor pool which I loved!! If I came back to Nice, I'd stay here again.

Bonjour , J'ai réservé 3 nuit du 16 au 19 octobre, Je ne me suis pas présentée au check in le 16 et le 17, cependant j'avais encore une nuit le 18 au 19, l'hôtel a annulé ma réservation et encaissé toute la somme que j'ai déboursé pour cette nuit sans insémination alors que j'étais présent pour la nuit du 18 au 19. Je mets donc cette note qui reflète l'expérience que j'ai eu avec cet hôtel et je n'irai certainement plus jamais dans cet établissement.

Modern apartment studio, air conditioning didn’t work , hotel staff tried to help but problem was not solved , and they did not offered to change the room. Luckily I stayed coupe of nights and I slept with wide open window to get the air. Location is good near the airport and couple stops by tram to the public beach and carrefour food store. Service was bad and unprofessional . Some tried to be friendly but one of them the older man was kind of scammer, don’t trust him he is unprofessional. Hotel need invest in customer service and better trained staff. I am wondering if I get my 150€ insurance deposit back as that older guy couldn’t print or give me some evidence. Saying it’s impossible to print anything, he was extremely slow and bad with the computer. There was family  with small infant who struggled they were charged twice and demanded ther refund, the clerk refused and was unprofessional. The only plus in this hotel is roof top pool with beutiful view and modern room except that air condition is not working. So don’t come in summer or even autumn. Wait till winter so you can sleep with open windows. The room cards had many times problems they were not working properly  at the elevator car, I had to go change many times. Good luck guys! Sad hotel looks nice but lots of but… if I give score for customer service I give 0

Es hat leicht gemüffelt im Zimmer Schlafcouch war mit Bettwäsche bezogen obwohl ich alleine zusätzlich ein Bett hatte Sehr ungemütlich innen pool eine Katastrophe keine liegen nichts aussenpool auch eine Katastrophe mit Ausblick auf unzählige alte Hochhäuser nie wieder

Appartement très propre, très grand, la cuisine, très bien aménagée avec cafetière électrique à dosette et lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et bouilloire tout pour passer un moment agréable. La touche est grande la literie de très bonne qualité un séjour parfait.

La baignoire était pas propre et l’armoire avec beaucoup de poussière mais le reste franchement c’était bien rien a dire

Basen mega fajna sprawa. Polecam ten Hotel. Bardzo czysto. Blisko stacja tramwaju oraz sklep spożywczy.

部屋も広くて安心して泊まれました。 屋上のプールからの空港が見れるのが良かったです
