克利夫頓維多利亞瀑布旅館 (Clifton Victoria Inn at the Falls)

No es un hotel que recomiendo, el desayuno muy malo y pobre, las instalaciones en pésimo estado, solo dos ascensores (muy antiguos) para todo el hotel por lo que era difícil llegar a la habitacion

Excelente ubicación, atención y aseo. Son muy colaboradores con las solicitudes hechas en el hotel.

I was a tad decepted in the facilities available upon booking. When I looked through the pictures of the hotel it was shown and depicted as having a restaurant with great views of Niagara Falls. Hotel does not have this it's images from another place. Hotel was a decent price and quite clean. We got in at about 10pm and when we got to our room and my friend went to use the bathroom the door came off one hinge... did get it fixed the next day but reception did not answer the phone at all even in the after hours number. Breakfast was OK but the breakfast area is right next to the pool so you do get the chlorine smell. They did store our luggage but it wasn't very secure was just behind the desk where if anyone wanted to they could quite easily get to the bags. Otherwise most things were within a 10 minute walk hotel did have a lot of pamphlets available for local activities.
