Did not appreciate $45 parking. If you stay here the neighbour's parking is only $15 and is covered instead of open to atmosphere. Plus an additional fee of 30ish dollars. What seemed a deal was more expensive than other hotels

Location was nice. Could go Niagara falls whithin 10 to 15 min.
Could see part of the falls from the room. There was coffee service too.

Tower Room Falls View One King Heart-shaped Jacuzzi room
Booked this hotel for one night. Arrived to a HUGE line with a 20 min wait until we got up to check in... where we were told that our room was 'under maintenance', and that they've 'upgraded' us to the Hilton.. where we had to park offsite and either walk or get a shuttle to the hotel. They clearly lied and just overbooked, there was no maintenance.. as we saw several people in line with us at the Hilton who were also in line with us at the Oakes. Total waste of over an hour of my day.
They always doing same thing did for me. I read review of the hotel. This hotel really wasted my precious time and enegry
