The location was great — just a short walk to the falls and Clifton Hill, which was super convenient. The hotel does feel a bit dated and could use some maintenance; for example, the top of the closet was a bit dusty. The room was on the smaller side, but perfectly fine for a solo traveler — it might feel a little tight for two people. That said, it was overall clean, and the guest services team was very friendly and helpful

酒店歷史悠久，設施相對較老，之前也看到評論了，所以也能接受，沒有拖鞋和牙具，會提供兩瓶水，check in 的時候跟前台説要一間儘量高能看到瀑布的房間，小哥説儘量，入住後發現遮擋比較明顯，能看到美國瀑布，馬蹄瀑布看不到，下樓就是彩虹橋這一端，一路順著河邊走到馬蹄瀑布，再走回來，景色還是不錯，早餐還可以，我的房間費用包含餐費，但waiter 端咖啡倒飲料，還是收了小費，餐費的20%左右。總體預期不要太高，還好吧。

First time I booked The Brock Tapestry Hotel at Niagara Falls. The receptionist names Montse Aguirre was very helpful, she is very kind helped us to find the nice room with Fallsview window…room is big enough for 3 adults, bed are very comfortable, clean and overall very good. If you want to book at the Brock in Niagara, don’t forget to call and find her and you will not disappointed. Definitely we will come back to this hotel again.

非常好！價格很合適可以看到瀑布，在酒店大堂可以看到煙花。工作人員都非常友善熱情，停車也方便。出門就是星巴克。走7分鐘就到坐郵輪的地方，推薦

I wouldn’t say I had a very pleasant stay at the Brock given that I paid over 300 dollars for the night. The room was recently renovated although I came in with a very noticeable smell (left from renovation materials..?) Some corners of the room were poorly done and I see stains on the carpet… The biggest issue I had here was the bathroom sink, which kept falling off the wall. Called the front desk and they quickly notified the maintenance person. Although this person never came and I waited till past 1AM… My room was basically without a sink for the remainder of my stay and I’m not sure what kind of resolution they’ll be able to provide. The window is also kind of dirty, it certainly affects the Fallsview feature after all. Overall not a pleasant stay and not recommended for this price.

저녁 8시에 늦게 체크인했는데 분명 더블 베드 2개인 방을 예약했음에도 킹베드 1개인 방을 줘서 들어가자마자 바로 나와야 했습니다. 체크인시 직원이 예약 내역을 놓친건지 아닌지는 잘 모르겠지만 제가 예약한 방은 더이상 없다 말해서 1차 당황, 죄송하다며 여러 조건들을 제시하며 마음 상하지 않게 해줬지만 조금은 아쉬웠습니다.ㅠㅠ 그래도 최선을 다해준 직원분께 감사했습니다. 숙소는 미국에서 레인보우브릿지를 건너 간다면 많이 걷지 않고 묶을 수 있는 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 이 숙소에서 조식을 먹는 10층은 전망이 제일 좋습니다. ^^

Chambre avec une vue incroyable mais quelques léger désagréments comme la Clim légèrement déboîté c’est pas beau mais c’était pas un problème pour moi en revanche le fait de devoir changer d’ascenseur en passant par le restaurant pour les chambres premium en est un !

First time I booked The Brock Tapestry Hotel at Niagara Falls.
