During my stay at the hotel, the room did not even provide basic shampoo or body wash. The bottles were completely empty. Was the room not properly checked before guest check-in to make sure shampoo and body wash were provided? These are basic hotel amenities, and not having them available is very disappointing. It also reflects a lack of proper room inspection and professionalism. also found many small insects or mosquito-like bugs on the bed, which was extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable. This is very unprofessional and does not meet the basic standard expected from a hotel. Please look into this matter immediately and provide a proper explanation.

Our room was freshly renovated and looked brand new! Super clean, modern, highly recommend. Walking distance to the incline railway and short walk to most everything else. If there's a downside, although we booked a falls view room and we were on the 16th floor, they gave us the corner so it was an awkward angle. They tried to upsell at check in to get a better view, which we declined. Could still see some of the falls and it was nice, just not as nice as we thought it was going to be from that room.
