酒店的位置非常優越，可步行到達瀑布公園，晚上看煙花和燈光秀非常方便！酒店樓下有星巴克，附近有中餐和菲律賓菜，味道都不錯。酒店的房間很寬敞，也非常乾淨，推薦入住！

性價比很高，離瀑布景區步行5分鐘，酒店周邊很多商店。因為開業已經很久，酒店原來設計是十幾年前風格最近有重新裝修。整體感覺還可以，浴室設備很新，新地毯，房間沒異味。床也舒服。前台服務人員友善效率高。

三點多到達有提前一些讓我們入住，房間寬敞，瀑布在步行距離，飯店內有星巴克，附近也有一些餐飲選擇，大廳有牙刷等備品可以取用，退房順利可以寄行李。

酒店離瀑布公園不遠，出行挺方便。出門就有星巴克。入住時被問是否開車，明確告知沒有開車，然而被扣兩天停車費。通過訂房網站交涉無果，訂房網站給予了補償。感覺應該check out時核實賬單，事後再找他們不認賬。

來玩瀑布入住的。酒店有點老，定的雙床房，床蠻大的有1.5。空間也還可以。位置很不錯可以步行去瀑布。然後去瀑布的路上都是吃飯的店，很熱鬧也挺安全的。一樓就有星爸爸，可以定不含早餐的價格。有付費的停車場。

I stayed here with my boyfriend for a short getaway. We booked a room that came with two large beds, but since there were only the two of us, we used just one bed and didn’t pay attention to the other one. We stayed for two nights, and on the last night, while my boyfriend was asleep, I decided to sit on the second bed to watch TV. To my shock, when I pulled back the blanket, I found a visible stain on the sheet — it looked like a coffee spill. I was extremely disappointed and disturbed. It felt deceptive that the housekeeping staff had simply made the bed without properly cleaning it. Of course, if we had seen this on the first day, we would have reported it immediately. But since we only noticed it on the second night, reporting it wouldn’t have changed much. This was a very unpleasant experience and certainly not what we expected from a hotel.

飯店距離尼加拉瓜瀑布很近，我們提早到飯店，還沒有到入住的時間，飯店人員叫我們留電話，後來房間打掃完後，飯店有給我們簡訊也讓我們提早入住了！服務還不錯！不過櫃檯不小心忘了給我們早餐券，所以第二天早上去用餐的時候造成了一點誤會！早餐還不錯，有熱的食物！房間很乾淨！整體都還不錯！附上幾張早上用餐的餐廳的照片供參考！

房間比較大，服務是不錯的，水牛城人比較少，服務員的素質還是不錯的，很熱情，見面會打招呼，環境不錯，到處是藍天白雲，酒店樓下有星巴克，吃早餐非常方便。

Hotel is old and outdated. They charged additional approx $10 daily for amenities like wifi & pool which are free for most of the hotels now! No toothbrush, no slipper, no hot water etc. Location is good, minutes walk to state park and rainbow bridge.
