不隔音，隔壁有對***的********，一直幹到了半夜，衞生間和他們衞生間應該是互通的，根本沒有任何阻擋，煙味都能從衞生間飄過來，他們搞完，我直接用手機扔廁所播放了3個小時**，放的最大聲，

I chose this hotel based on its high rating and opening year of 2025, as the new hotel is pleasingly new and shows no signs of wear. I didn't notice anything new about the hotel, as evidenced by rust on the metal and marks on the walls. 1 - 2025 isn't the hotel's opening year, after all. The location is very inconvenient. I sacrificed this point for the new hotel and its high rating. There are no decent establishments or significant commercial businesses in the area, and the nearest beach is 1.5 km away. 2 - The location is terrible. Soundproofing - there is no soundproofing around the doors, making the hallways noisy. Light from the hallway leaked through a crack under the door. The AC blew directly into my face when lying or sitting on the bed. However, the mattress itself was comfortable. Cleanliness - the room was cleaned daily, but upon check-in, I found the toilet in the same condition as in the photo, the wall tiles were heavily stained, and the ambient lighting clearly revealed it. The wall was covered in black marks - I don't understand why they didn't wash it or repaint it. Conclusion: This is a not-so-new hotel in a not-so-nice location that requires frequent transportation, and it's not the cheapest. It didn't rise up to my expectations.

Местные 4-ки это 2,5. По чистоте номеров много вопросов. Сначала жил в номере с 2-мя кроватями, там было чище, чем в номере категорией выше. Но даже там при заселении на шторах были пятна, похожие на засохшую кровь. Когда переехал в другой номер, там были чужие волосы и ресницы, на матрасе были огромные пятна, в ванной торчала проволока, ручка от слива была перемотана изолентой и не работала. Когда я попросил заменить постельное, мне поменяли только пододеяльник. Попросил продолжить, фыркнули. Попросил закончить наволочками, психанули. Делайте выводы о сервисе со скидкой на местные реалии.
