這家酒店前台太黑了，額外按臨時入住又扣了我一次款。等於住一天酒店，在訂房網站上預訂付了一次款，然後入住酒店前台又在我的信用卡扣了一次款（價格貴了30%）。跟訂房網站客服反映此事，還沒有解決。更詭異的是，當時還扣了250元美金（交易時間顯示當時我正在櫃枱辦理入住），我以為是按金或者擔保之類費用，結果後來讓訂房網站客服詢問酒店，酒店居然不承認這筆費用是他們扣的！

Great stay here at Aloft. We had no complaints. It was some of coldest days in nyc and our room was warm and comfy. The weight room was good. Service good. We enjoyed our stay. I would if stayed longer if I didn’t already book another hotel before. Only issue was bathroom shower ceiling and lighting in bathroom could of been a bit better. But we loved it here and will be back

An amazing stay in a great location! Perfect for a girls 訂房網站 to NYC and we felt very safe. The staff were so kind and accommodating with our luggage storage and we felt like it was a home away from home. The room was also clean and had everything you could ever need with a nice city view and just 2-5 min walk from the metro. Also I’m waking distance to some yummy food and coffee spots! Will definitely be booking here again if I ever come back to the city!

Hotel had issues with their card reader so was unable to get room key. Had to be escorted each time to my room. Long wait due to only having one employee at the lobby desk. Room was clean. Towels were old and felt like sandpaper on your skin. Shower floor was not sloped correctly so there was a big water puddle overflowing onto the bathroom floor.

我們一行2人全在這酒店4晚，總括而言我會給80分，酒店對面步行距離3分鐘就已經有一幢綜合式商場，有超市trader Joe’s, target 和 Primark ，而商場最底層有一個熟食中心，而且鄰近地鐵站，十分方便。 酒店房間方面，是乾淨整齊清潔的，但我們入住那天沒為我們提供牙膏和拖鞋。 另外我感到最奇怪的是，沒有do not distrub的門牌提供，明明我每天早上也有跟前枱職員說不用打掃房間，每晚回來都會被打掃好。 所以地理位置和房屋乾淨是80分，酒店管理方面，就一般般，不過將來如果再去紐約我還是會選擇此酒店的。

I am giving low marks because I have no where to find this property. They charged USD 895 on my credit card as deposit and didn’t refund back. Now I am carrying a debt because of your overcharge. Please give a way for me to effectively communicate with you! The email is not working at all!
