Very nice hotel, clean and appreciate the free airport pick up.
Would have been helpful if the team proactively told us that morning airport drop-offs had to be booked in advance, we had to book our own paid transfers. I’ve stayed in other airport hotels in the neighbourhood and did not face this challenge with them last minute.
One particular lady at the desk - would not name her but could be a bit more courteous and make eye contact when we speak, at times it was like speaking to a robot.
If I said too much I apologise, but it’s important!

Comfort Inn è veramente un comfort. Mi ha veramente sorpreso in modo positivo. Vicino all'aeroporto, facile da prendere il shuttle hotel.

The overall atmosphere was very good. The room was spacious and fully equipped. There is an airport and hotel shuttle service, but if you arrive on a late-night flight, you’ll need to make your own way to the hotel. I don’t recommend taking a taxi from the airport, as I was scammed. As for breakfast, there wasn’t much variety, but the staff took great care of us.

房間實在太小,雖説離機場近,也不可能走過去,還是要坐shuttle bus, 餐廳衹有炸雞翅,後來還是出去吃,這麼小的房間,服務一般般,價格可不便宜。check in 就聽著櫃姐和老客戶閑聊,乾等。不推薦

Hotel is clean, staff was pleasant. Location is very close to the JFK airport and they provide shuttle every hour during the day. Cannot speak for the night hours. One down side is a very busy, noisy highway and traffic can be heard in the room. There is also a garbage collection type facility which is seen from your window. It served it's purpose for me for an overnight stay between the flights.
The service throughout the hotel was shockingly poor. The front desk staff were incredibly rude, impatient, and unwelcoming — the worst I’ve encountered in 25 years of travel. When I first arrived and asked about booking the airport shuttle, I was met with a curt and dismissive response. I was told I could only book it on the morning of the day I needed it. Strangely, the very next day, a much friendlier staff member at the front desk offered to help me book it in advance — which I appreciated — but the inconsistency in both the information and attitude was confusing and unprofessional.
The housekeeping staff were similarly cold and dismissive. When I tried to speak with one of them, she brushed me off saying she didn’t speak English — only to speak some English to me the next day when I asked if the toilet was working. She informed me it was out of service and that I should ask the front desk for assistance.
What followed was even more appalling: the front desk staff, without offering any alternatives, simply told me there was no other toilet available and instructed me to walk over to the Hilton next door to use their restroom. For context, I had already checked out and was waiting in the lobby for my shuttle — hardly an unreasonable situation for needing basic facilities.
The only blessing in disguise was that the guy driving the shuttle stopped eating in the middle of his dinner and drove me to the airport early so I changed this from a one star to a two star review.
The hotel also happens to be located directly across from a massive rubbish dump, but frankly, the staff’s attitude left a worse impression than the view. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing and off-putting experience that I would not recommend to others.
