Service oriented, friendly staff, and great location

We stayed 4 nights in December in a one bedroom suite. Starting with the positives - free laundry and the attendant who works the front desk at midnight was friendly. Negatives - the photos speak for themselves. The room was dirty and had not been cleaned properly prior to us checking in. I found a toenail on the floor. There were stains on the floors, carpets and couch. The worse thing however was that the shower was clogged and did not drain properly which was disgusting. We complained 3 times during our stay and each time were told that they would attend to the issue right away however that did not occur. When we reminded them they started to get rude. We also reached out to 訂房網站.com but they were unable to get the hotel to action anything during our stay. Also note that this isn’t a hotel in the sense that they don’t clean your room daily or have a restaurant/room service. For the price they charge, the rooms and the service are not up to scratch and we wish we stayed somewhere else as there were plenty of other options in this price range.
