This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Holiday Inn! I usually choose this hotel chain for its service quality, but this stay was incredibly disappointing.
I booked a Standard King Size room for two nights. When I checked-in at night, I received my key card and went to my room, only to find that it was a basement room with just a tiny window, not the large window room I had booked. I immediately went back to the Front Desk to request the correct room, but the staff told me that it was already full and only this room was available.
I asked why they didn’t hold the room I had booked since I should be getting what I paid for. Their response? "Because you arrived at night." This excuse made no sense at all! Then, another staff member (curly hair) walked over, mumbled complaints, showed an upset attitude, and finally said she would move me to a new room—but only for one night. The next day, I had to move back to the standard room. The way she handled the situation was extremely unprofessional. A staff member should never complain or show frustration in front of guests!
The next morning, my husband and I brought our luggage down and returned our key card as instructed. However, a different staff member told me that I could actually stay in the same room. So, I placed my luggage back in the room again and went out for the day. Before leaving, I specifically informed housekeeping to clean the room.
When I returned that night, I couldn’t access my room. After going back to the Front Desk, the staff told me that the room I originally booked was full, meaning I had to stay in the same room again. Worst of all, when I finally got back inside, the room had not been cleaned at all, even though I had requested it in advance!
Overall, this was the worst Holiday Inn experience I’ve ever had. The management was disorganized. This stay completely changed my perception of the Holiday Inn brand. I would never recommend this hotel!
Sur le site est marqué navette gratuite pour l’aéroport la Guardia que nenni nous sommes arrivés à l’aéroport à 22h nous avons dû prendre un bus de la ville car pas de navette de l’hôtel et marcher jusqu’à l’hôtel avec les valises dans le froid merci l’hôtel 😡 après un long voyage !! Ensuite nous arrivons congeler à l’hôtel, vivante et là la personne nous donne la chambre la plus proche de la cuisine et de la réception pour couronner le tout avec vue cour au rdc la chambre 102 !! Le petit déjeuner commence à 6h30 donc les employés commencent à préparer le petit déjeuner des 5h on entend tout les bruits du monde les palettes passer dès le matin quelle plaisir lorsque nous sommes fatigués d’avoir passer la journée à visiter la ville de New York !
Ensuite ils ne nous ont pas fait le ménage de la chambre le 1er jour ! Les autres jours oui mais ils changent pas de serviette ! Oublie de remettre le tapis de bain pour sortir de la douche ! J’ai dû aller demander un ! Quel honte !
Il fait froid dans la chambre aussi j’ai du demander une couette car il y avait que un drap et une couverture fin sur le lit !
Le métro est à 10 min à pied.
Si vous arrivez d’un autre aéroport que la guardia vous n’avez pas de navette gratuite !!! Ils s’en fichent complètement !!! Fuyez !!!! Vaux mieux payer plus cher et être bien accueilli !!!

Great hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping done well. The breakfast has quite some choices and is refilled constantly. They have two computers with a printer that you can use free of charge (if needed). Would certainly stay here again
Good and like to stay. I prefer this hotel next time as well
