Excellent location and connectivity via bus and subway. (40 mins to Manhattan). The guy at reception at night is rude, not at all helpful as if we are not paying his wages!! Didn’t give straight answers to anything we asked him. No extra towels even though we asked twice and personally get down to reception to get them. Bathroom was nice and clean but room floor itself wasnt. We didnt mind though as the room itself was very quiet and peaceful with comfortable bed so we just focused on that. Overall for the price it was decent if you dont mind the rude staff guy at night.
