very small room. Staff was friendly though. but whats disappointing was that the hotel actually double charged (to company credit card and to my personal card). Even they refunded, there was an exchange rate loss. Not even an apology.

They did not have my correct name for check in and general confusion. I felt I was treated differently because I used 訂房網站.com. House keeping was not provided unless requested and then it was still not done No chocolate chi cookie was give at check in (this is their patent welcome). Check in was just as unorganized. The front entrance into the building can be intimidating for those with young families because there are groups of homeless people who take over the courtyard. Room size is good for Manhattan.
