The pics are very deceiving. There are no amenities and for the rate per night to be what it is I definitely felt bamboozled. The hotel is considerably older which looks like some updates were done however floor in front of the bathroom was sticky. Luckily I was there for a short stay. Location is right outside of the part of Brooklyn where you feel safe. I think I walked past human feces on the ground heading to get something to eat. When I say no amenities that’s what I mean. No kitchen, no bar, no gym. The elevator worked intermittently. The makeup mirror was broken, there was a reading light fixture that was broken, and I had to get creative to get the faucet to stop continuously running. Luckily I only had two bags and was only there for two nights, any longer and I’d be asking for a refund or disputing the charge.

Near subway, convenient to commute. Hotel reception is friendly, room is clean, however, facilities are lack of amenities. No shower towels are provided, only hand towels after numerous times requested. Neighborhood is a bit rough but overall is safe stay!

Rude and unprofessional  Nasty customer service ,dirty doors and sheet  Unfair if you aren’t they kind ****** If your black they give you a hard time ,white people or Indians yu can do whatever and still get your security back. You black yu automatically get charged that security

Service is good ..But create some difficulties & problem at the time of boarding. From the reception ask my Card Security pin for the confirmation. Sharing of card security pun is strictly prohibited.. Which makes me unhappy .. but otherwise is ok

Hotel room reeked of some kind of disinfectant. Broken drawers on display in two pieces of furniture. Lock on door not secure. Trash from previous occupant left on window sill and next to refrigerator.
