Same stay, separate booking — unfortunately, the same experience. This reservation was part of the same stay as our other booking, and my detailed feedback has already been provided there. The rooms were good, but the front desk service significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel. What should have been a simple request to store our luggage for about an hour after check-out became an unnecessarily uncomfortable interaction. It is particularly unfortunate because some members of the team were genuinely helpful and professional. A small number of poor service interactions can easily overshadow the good work of everyone else. We normally stay at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge and decided to try Hotel Indigo Williamsburg on this 訂房網站. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not choose to return.

We walked in at 11am only expecting to leave our bags for a 2 or 3pm check in, but instead were met with the dynamic personality of Annaise! She was absolutely amazing and had us in our room in 20 minutes with 2 bottles of water. She seems to be a one man show running that front desk and she lights up the entire atmosphere. The room was refurbished with a new bathroom, crisp clean sheets and a pod coffee make. The subway was a 1 minute walk and the Keloggs Diner too. A beautiful outdoor courtyard was another rare find. We were told about a rooftop bar and swimming pool but didnt have time to use them. Hotel Indigo well exceeded our expectations

Very convenient location, right next to the Lorimer street station. Hotel doesn’t provide bottle water, which is a bit lame for its price. The rooftop pool is small but looks nice. Gym is also small but not bad. Front desk is always quite busy and a bit hectic. Room is very spacious, overall would recommend for business 訂房網站s!

Good location near the subway station

Good rooms, but the service lets the hotel down. The property itself was pleasant and comfortable, but unfortunately the front desk experience was consistently disappointing and not particularly helpful. On several occasions, when I approached the front desk with a question, staff simply walked past without acknowledging me, leaving me to approach them again. The most uncomfortable experience happened on the morning of check-out. I explained clearly that we had 5 large bags and 5 small bags that we wanted to leave with the hotel for approximately one hour after checking out. Despite giving a clear answer, I was repeatedly asked the same question about the number of bags, around four times. What bothered me more was the impatient body language and gestures, which made the interaction feel unnecessarily condescending, as though I was the one failing to understand something. Eventually, I actually had to say, “Calm down, please.” This is unfortunate because the rooms themselves are good, and I am sure there are many members of staff here who genuinely work hard and care about their guests. But hospitality is ultimately defined by how guests are treated. If recurring service issues like these are not addressed, the property will never reach the level it otherwise has the potential to achieve. A few poor interactions can unfortunately overshadow the efforts of everyone else who is trying to do a good job. We normally stay at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge and decided to try Hotel Indigo Williamsburg this time. After this experience, I think once was enough for us. We will return to our usual hotel on future visits.
