This was a very unpleasant stay. I stayed at this hotel from December 24 to December 31, 2025, for a total of seven nights. On the morning of December 31, while I was still packing my luggage, the housekeeping staff used her key to open my door directly without notice and asked, “Are you checking out?” At that time, it was only 10:00 AM, and the official check-out time is 12:00 PM. I was still entitled to stay in the room. If housekeeping had any questions, they should have confirmed them with the front desk instead of entering the room directly. This behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this hotel. There are serious issues with employee training.

This was a fantastic surprise in da Bronx! So much space and cleanliness that I don’t think I’ll ever stay in a tiny room in Manhattan ever again!! This spot is centrally located so it was easy to get to Harlem or lower Manhattan. The service was amazing and the complimentary breakfast was even more amazing!! I will be booking this spot again for sure!!
