酒店位置非常便利，設施一般，服務一般，我個人認為他可能更接近於三星級的酒店。最大的優點就是它的位置非常方便，去時代廣場，帝國大廈，曼哈頓，中央公園都很方便，甚至是去機場也很方便。但他的缺點就是服務沒有想象的那麼好，或者 to be frank，他的服務不能夠匹配四星級的酒店。同樣的價格，我能夠在中國或者香港住Hyatt的酒店，甚至可以升級海景房了，mini bar或者行政酒廊隨便享受。但是這裡別説mini bar了（裡面空空如也），甚至沒有提供咖啡…Holiday inn應該都有類似的服務吧，無語😅 綜合考慮它的地理位置，我會打分6-7分。

Found a couple of strands of hair stuck to the bathroom wall and shower curtain when we checked in. There was a strand of hair on the bed as well. The items in the room were also misaligned and not straightened out. The staff at the front desk weren't very friendly. Good thing was that the subway is just a short walk away.

We are a family of three, including children, and for some reason we only got two sets of towels each time. When I filled the bathtub with hot water, it was muddy, so I felt that the water quality was not as good as in Japan. Soap bottles installed in the bathroom sometimes do not come out when pushed.However, we had to put up with it because it was fixed to the wall. There are no toothbrushes, slippers, or kettles in the rooms, so you will need to bring your own. The refrigerator in the room used to cool well, but every few times, the door would not open even after a strong pull. The room facilities were not very good, but the location was very good. There is a CVS, Macy's, 7-Eleven, and Starbucks less than a 5 minute walk away. Personally, I enjoyed the bakery Tour les jour so much that I highly recommend a visit. The subway entrance was conveniently located less than a minute's walk from the hotel.

Reception was excellent. Location couldn’t be better. Clean fresh room.  Very happy , would certainly recommend and stay here again
