設施維護得非常好，客房乾淨整潔，寬敞，房間比紐約的很多酒店都大。工作人員友好樂於助人。酒店位置佳，離薩克斯第五大道步行不到500米。各方面都很好，大力推薦。

房間在紐約市中心算大的了，就是給我的房間朝向backstreet，對著對面防火梯，完全沒有景色可言。浴室設施比較老式但是很乾凈。沙發和床都很舒服。入住第一天送兩瓶水，後面可以拿水杯去樓下健身房接水。酒店對面有個牛排館，牛排做的不錯。前台可以免費寄存行李。出酒店右拐過馬路就有公交可以去中央公園附近，但是必須有公交地鐵卡，不收現金

We had not been to New York before this 訂房網站 but we chose wisely with the San Carlos. The location looked good on the map and that is how it turned out. It was close to the places that we wanted to visit, was handy for the subway, and had close proximity to the facilities that we wanted. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the room that we had was everything that had been outlined in the brochure. The hotel was very neat and impeccably clean. We did not eat at the hotel but the immediate hinterland was well provided with eating places. We would have no hesitation in recommending the San Carlos to anyone visiting New York.

Stayed six nights September 2024. Hotel is ideally located. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was large with two double beds. The beds were very comfortable. The decor was perhaps a little outdated but very clean with all the facilities you might need. We did not eat at the property. We had a most enjoyable stay and very good value considering the location.
