Rooms are nice, comfy beds. Unfortunately the rooftop terrace was closed during winter, must be very beautiful. Hotel bar is very nice

The hotel has a great roof top and location. The bathroom is well equipped. Unfortunately, an unpleasant girl at reception that made my check in miserable. Moreover, she didn't take care of the request,. Claiming is impossible whilst my friend checked in after myself for the same category and received it... No comment on that. Thanks to the man who arrived during check in and made it more friendly. But still, the room wasn't in line with what was booked. He was really professional and kind at least. In the room the issue was a lack of sign for not disturbing, and two huge flies were inside the room, some insects smashed on the wall. Not the greatest experience. For sure not for a 4* hotel. But maybe 2*

The location I liked very much. It was quiet and around had a few nice restaurants. Also not far to walk to shopping areas in SoHo. They were so kind and met me so late check out I would stay again on my next 訂房網站 to nyc

위치도 역에서 거리가 좀 있어서 애매하고 수압이 너무 낮아서 세수 샤워하기 힘들 정도. 가격대가 있는 호텔이다보니 청결했고 체크아웃 시간이 12시인것은 도움됨 전자렌지 없는것도 불편합

Lots of wear and tear in the rooms. Cracks on the glass table. Elevator broke down a whole day. Service hit and miss. Front desk very aloof service. Bar Hugo had excellent service though.
