The hotel staffs are Friendly & good service , room is clean , very great location! However the room is quite small it’s suitable for 2 pax and a bit over price . Overall I was satisfied with our stayed .

Overall we are happy to have found this hotel. They are spacious compared to other in NYC. 3 single beds stated in the website because 3 of us so it's just nice to book. However, when we checked into the room the hotel provided us with 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed. Inaccurate information given.

NH Collection far exceeded my expectations. The level of care and attention the staff had throughout my stay was incredible and the condition of the hotel and rooms was great. I only stayed at about three other hotels in NYC and I was always disappointed by the room size and amenities. The room I booked was quite spacious (enough to fit 4 large suitcases) and there was a work desk that I used well throughout my stay. The staff was extremely friendly and service was top notch as I even requested to print something last minute and they delivered on time and to my room as well.  Thank you so much NH! Can’t wait to go again
