訂房網站 claim that the hotel has luggage storage service. However, the hotel refused to store my luggage. The staff (woman) is unfriendly and seems do not know what she is doing. Although location is very convenient near Jamaica station. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!! The hygiene is bad, with lots of dust Room is smelly and dirty, smell like ****. The drain is leaking, causing the whole floor of washroom is wet. Also, the tub is stuck. The location seems so unsafe:( Bad hotel I am very disappointed with the service on the day I check out.

I stayed there a couple nights but there was no house keeping during the stay. The room which was a bit smelly already before my check-in was just unthinkable!

Let me start off by saying the front of the hotel is nice inside it’s crazy they don’t use fitted sheet they use the top sheet as a fitted sheet the mattress is brown don’t go there
