New hotel but the cleaning lady came only once (I was staying 4 nights). Breakfast is only a paper bag with some sweet pastry. So don't expect to be full. There is nothing to hang my clothes on. Bed is comfy and bring earplugs. There is a metro railway under the windows.

Quelle déception! Hygiène et services ne sont pas à la hauteur. Matelas et tv HS, Linge de toilette-sol-murs sales, Chambre mal insonorisée, cris. Petit dej pas servi si pas demandé et de basse qualité, servi en sac à papier. Café a récupérer en sous sol, sorte d entrepôt hôtel non entretenu et sale, sans lumière naturelle. Agent accueil dit « pas de petit déjeuner aujourd’hui » lors de notre deuxième et dernière nuit. A fuir

Pessima esperienza nonostante l’hotel fosse aperto da pochissimo tempo. Purtroppo credo che il personale è la struttura in generale non fosse ancora pronta ad ospitare clienti. C’erano le camere ancora incomplete, sporcizia di cantiere edile nelle pareti e nelle porte. La sala colazione ancora era un magazzino e abbiamo dovuto far colazione altrove o con un pacchetto colazione preparato per le ultime mattine con dentro qualcosa di confezionato. Ogni sera trovavamo le camere disfatte perché il personale non ha mai riassettato la nostra camera. Una sera abbiamo dovuto rifare noi i letti presso un’altra camera che ci hanno assegnato. Pessima esperienza e da evitare almeno per il primo periodo finché l’hotel non si allineerà

Excellent service! The Hotel manager was very gentleman. A good human being. A true man. I am really very very impressed. Best Hotel in Brooklyn area. I always felt like home. Highly recommended. I must come again. It was really wonderful stay.for me this is the best hotel ever in New York.

First impression is pretty nice, but after a closer look, there’s hair on all the towels, super gross. No hair drier, toilet was flushed either.

Just needed somewhere after a flight. Driver had no issues locating the hotel but traffic from jfk was terrible
