房間很寬敞設備也挺新的，交通也很方便，各方面都挺不錯，可住！

Understandable price, minimal room with all amenities you need, friendly staff, location is a bit far from the subway

房子在紐約來説算比較大了，兩張1.5左右的床，房間有微波爐和煮水器，整體還是不錯的，走到地鐵站大約十分鐘，還算方便。

원하는 뷰가 있어서 몇 달 전부터 얘기를 드렸었는데 그 뷰가 보이는 방 배정이 안됐고 2층으로 배정이 되었습니다. 5일을 여기에서 잤는데 시설은 되게 깔끔하고 청결합니다. 디포짓이 하루당 50이어서 USD250 냈습니다

not easy forc hecking

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. On the day of check-in, I called the hotel three times to ask about the check-in process, but no one answered. When I arrived after 4:00 p.m., I followed the room number and access code sent by the hotel. To my shock, I opened the door and found that the room was already occupied by other guests. This was not a minor inconvenience—it was a serious safety, privacy, and security failure. The hotel gave me a valid access code to another guest’s occupied room. It was frightening and made me question how securely the hotel manages room access. After reporting the issue, the front desk told us that a new room number and code would be emailed within five minutes. We waited approximately 40 minutes and received nothing. The staff member was dismissive and repeatedly told us to keep waiting. Only after we asked several times did he finally write down another room number and access code for us. Besides, the hotel charged me an additional $70 without providing any explanation or itemized receipt. I emailed the hotel asking about the charge and received no response. Between the dangerous room-access mistake, the unhelpful front-desk service, the long wait, the unexplained charge, and the complete lack of follow-up, I cannot recommend this hotel. A hotel that uses access codes must take guest security seriously, and this property clearly failed to do so.
