新北三才靈芝農場民宿 (Sungertain Hostel)

服務上接待人員很友善，晚餐沒有再那邊吃，設備上比較舊了些了，隔天的早餐有供應，但比較簡單 沒有特別可以點的，當天是吃厚片、水煮蛋、番茄，空氣還不錯

住宿位子比較難找按照導航走要開慢一點不然錯過會在繞一圈山路，房間很乾淨，服務人員也很親切

整體環境還可以，但屬於山區，蟲比較多一點，冬天的熱水會有限制，洗澡要留意，民宿很有愛心，泡腳的錢會捐給附近學校👍

環境還不錯，但當晚入住的時候是雨天，所以位置稍微不太好找

住宿房間設施很一般，民宿外公共環境還不錯，早餐挺好的 ！

At check in, we got a different (lower class) room assigned as booked. The lady didn’t speak a word English. We then got a different room assigned, still not what we’ve had booked; this room had two separate beds in stead of 1 queen bed (what we’ve had booked). Also, in this room was an air dehumidifier (same as in the first room), it felt very humid and not healthy at all. Traces of mold all around the rooms and throughout the hotel. Both beds were hard as a wooden plank - unacceptable. Dirty bathroom (hairs on the floor everywhere). No WiFi in the room - even though this was promised. After traveling 9 hours already, we were forced to look for a new hotel as this hotel was unacceptable. Originally we had booked two nights. Finally, we got someone on the phone that could speak two words of English and we asked her to refund at least one night due to the terrible (service) quality. She denied. We’ve tried to contact the 訂房網站 customer service to get a refund: they informed us that the hotel didn’t accept a (partial) refund. This hotel is an absolute disgrace and should shame themselves for renting out these kind of rooms. We travel a lot and after traveling Taiwan for the past 5 weeks, this hotel has the lowest quality, most terrible staff, absolute most ridiculous total package I’ve encountered during all of my travels. They should be ashamed to call themselves a hotel, hostel, B&B or whatsoever. HONESTLY, NEVER EVER BOOK A NIGHT AT THIS SHADY PLACE IF YOU FANCY A PROPER NIGHT OF SLEEP - they aren’t even worth a penny and I WOULD NOT STAY HERE FOR FREE!
