All very good nice hotel very good location clean apart from the seagulls on the roof outside the bedroom window they had babies making a noise and there was no way to park. I had to pay in a car park opposite Hotel is lovely and the staff are great.

The carpet was torn all the way around the bedroom, broken tiles in the bathroom dirt all around the floor in the bathroom dust all the way around the edging in the bedroom the sheets had stains on them. I can’t believe how much I paid for this service.

Good location, easy to find, EXTREMELY helpful & friendly staff and very good value. A shame there is no facility to order a breakfast tray.
