設施完備，房間衞生整潔乾淨，前台服務很一般感覺她好像心情一直不好。我一年至少有九、十個月在住不同的酒店，而這家酒店有二處讓我疑惑：水盆放出來的熱水帶油，手會越洗越滑；二樓製冰機的水我用專業測水筆測了一下，水質比管道水還差。應該是過濾器長久沒換了，在寫這個評論的時候，我住在同品牌的紐約一家店裡各方面都非常好

本來就不是什麼非常發達的地區了，比較落魄，周圍超市步行還有美食還是比較多的，吃吃小龍蝦什麼的。市中心本來就亂七八糟，衞生也一般，樓下餐廳開的很晚，東西味道也不錯，價格和大城市比可以接受。

The hotel service was really bad. I would not stay there again. I understand that in order to save resources, sheets may not be changed daily, but we at least expected someone to come in empty the trash bins and change the towels. We found out that they do not do that either. You have to request housekeeping service to come and get the trash daily, which was really odd.

I had a wonderful business stay at this hotel in New Orleans. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, including meeting venues and great dining options. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for work, with reliable Wi-Fi and a quiet atmosphere. The staff was professional and helpful throughout my stay. It was a great balance of business convenience and New Orleans charm. I would definitely stay here again on my next 訂房網站!

L'hôtel est bien placé et facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport. Je me suis sentie en sécurité dans cet hôtel en tant que voyageuse solo. La chambre était spacieuse et bien aménagée. Les seuls bémols étaient que ma chambre n'était pas prête quand je suis arrivée à 15h30 donc j'ai du attendre et aussi la chambre n'était pas super propre (quelques cheveux dans la douche). À part ça je recommande.

El servicio de parking es tercerizado y el hotel no se hace responsable, pero si hace los cargos en la madrugada, hay habitaciones con olor a tabaco, pero lo peor es la atención en counter, una pésima actitud, poca diligencia en el servicio, ante preguntas solo responden que así es y que no pueden hacer nada.
