歷史慶典旅館 (Historic Mardi Gras Inn)

Do not expect a five star stay at that historical place - expect a decent hotel, with one or other "discrepancies". The staff was at the check in and on the check out - verry verry friendly, already given some informations, about places to go and what is not worth to go. The room cleaness - was okay - the Hotel itself, they know, that they cannot - and i think they don´t want to match with big groups. A big advantage is a free parking space at the road, the Hotel itself, was quiet during night! Close to the Hotel - there is a starbucks coffee for breakfast . All in All - if you want to stay - as it was in former times - stay there.

Awesome place with a super friendly staff, in a perfect location! We can’t wait to visit again!

We were in room 105, 2/17-2/18. The room had a faint smell of urine. Smelled as if someone urinated on wood floor. There was no heat. Their was blanket or bedspread on the bed. Just two flat sheets on top of a fitted. The wall across the bottom had exposed concrete/ brick exposed. No wash cloths. Only one microfiber cloth, two handles, and two bath towels. No bar soap. The bath tub had a somewhat glistening speckled terracotta rust color stain middle center, as If someone regurgitated. The sheets and towels covered in hair. We will not return to Mardi Gras Inn. The room, we were given was unacceptable. I supposed, they did not ever want us to return. I don't believe all the rooms looked like room 105. Seem like we were given the worst room. We asked for a blanket on 2/18 in the evening. The gracious lady brought us a blanket, once they came out of the dryer. Toilet seat cover missing.
