The reception staff and Bell Man were beyond lovely. My wine unfortunately smashed in my suitcase and they went beyond the call of duty to help make sure everything was dry and clean in time for my flight. They also gave some really useful tips for restaurants in the vicinity when I checked in! Creole House is very near and delicious. I liked the location of this hotel, you could walk to most of the main attractions bourbon street ect but also easy to get an uber too at night time or if it was too hot!

Wonderful hotel! The gym is compact but full of lively energy, with many guests doing diverse workouts. The small private balcony is super warm and relaxing. Its location is unbeatable directly on Canal Street, surrounded by local eateries serving a huge range of delicious oysters. A superb pick for food and fitness fans.
