Service is subpar with a lack of general hospitality engagement from behind the desk. No smiles or courtesy greetings from staff. They were more engaged with each other than their guests. "Jeff" was good but can't say the same for the other times.
Rooms were decent but looked abused with dented furniture, chipped tables, broken lamp shades and some minor stains. Not what I expected for Marriott, especially at these rates.
Checkout bill was incorrect. There was absolutely no verification of amount or confirmation of bill during the process. Just a "all check out". I requested a printout and it was incorrect. Actually it is still incorrect after looking at it now.
I wouldn't book again at this particular location.
