* No soap or shampoo in shower * Room located across from elevator, ice machine (broken), and stairwell, all of which are noise prone * There was a constant deep throbbing machine noise * Check-in agent was not aware of adjacent parking garage policy compared to valet parking. Net: poor night’s sleep. I checked out after one night, a day early.

Was charged twice by this hotel. Told I booked through 訂房網站.com then they changed me again . Spoke to manager told me that they would refund me, still waiting for refund 🤬

This is my second stay at your hotel, and I really like the unique design, high ceilings, smart layout, and great location. The only minor downsides were that the sink design caused water to splash outside when washing hands, which was a bit inconvenient, and I also wish there had been a refrigerator in the room.

The staff were very friendly. Although we arrived early, they kept our luggage until we were done with the conference. Rooms were clean, and staff were helpful throughout our stay.

Pros: great location. Loved the night staff. Had great conversations with them.They cleaned my room and brought fresh towels daily. Something was wrong with the tv. They fixed it. Cons: The curtains was not blackout. The room was so bright because of the building across. The black paint on the faucet and shower was chipping off. I didn't like the sink set up. Water goes everywhere. I wish there was filtered water in the ice machine area. The room needed storage. Overall I would consider booking again.

Отличная цена, шикарное местоположение. Чисто убирают каждый день. Но отель очень странный, в номере нет холодильника (вообще никакого), пришлось просить ресепшен забрать лекарства, которые требуют хранения в холодильнике. Также нет сейфа, нет шкафов (вместо шкафов пару вешалок на стене). Нет раковины в туалете, раковина стоит в комнате с кроватью. При этом места в туалете много, спокойно бы туда поместилась.
