Stayed between 27 May- 01 June. One of the worst hotel experience I have had at this hotel. Thanks yo 訂房網站.com they tryied to help me but not the hotel.

I would advise against booking this hotel for international friends:
Terrible attitude and expensive charges: On March 13, upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that early check-in would cost at least $58, not even counting the cents! Of all the hotels I've stayed in, this was the most expensive. The most appalling thing was that although our check-in time was clearly stated as 4 PM on our reservation, the front desk lady, who was extremely rude, told us we couldn't check in at 4 PM because we didn't pay in advance. When I argued that it wasn't my fault and that she couldn't just make us wait, she yelled at me, claiming that nobody said it was my fault but we still couldn't check in, then made us wait for an entire hour! A stay here ruins the experience for anyone; I don’t know how such unprofessionalism gets one to the front desk. The worst part is that there’s no way to file a complaint; the hotel management is indifferent, and there’s no complaint channel on their website. Our rights were not protected at all! Had it not been for my friend and me, I would have canceled and changed hotels immediately (and now, having been made to wait until 5 PM, I wonder if they'd also prevent me from checking out). Consider carefully whether you want to book this hotel.
Inflexible processes: We booked four nights, but due to changes in our itinerary, we wanted to cancel the last night. The hotel refused, which made us wonder why we didn’t just book one night at a time instead of all four nights together. This aspect is particularly incomprehensible, showing the hotel's lack of flexibility.
Cleanliness: On the first day, we left a tip for the cleaning staff, only to return and find our room was not cleaned. When asked, the front desk (the same woman) said we needed to book cleaning services in advance, which she failed to mention initially. Such unprofessionalism makes one question how she ended up at the front desk. My friend and I decided not to leave tips anymore, preferring to request garbage bags and handle our tra
