Qotel西格納特拉維什酒店-拉賈烏里花園 (Qotel Signature Lavish Inn - Hotel in Rajouri Garden Near Metro & Pacific Mall)

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an extremely disappointing experience. When we checked in, the room was very dirty – it looked like the bed sheets hadn't been changed for days. The air conditioner was not working properly, and no basic amenities were provided as promised. When we asked for a dental kit, the hotel staff simply denied it, saying they didn’t have any available. Since we were a group booking with 5 rooms, we found that the AC was not working properly in any of the rooms. After repeated complaints, the hotel finally changed one room, but the overall experience remained very poor. The cleanliness, service, and maintenance of the hotel were completely unacceptable. Another shocking thing was that the hotel did not even provide drinking water the next day. When we requested water to be sent to the room, they provided it but charged us extra for it! This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Property Rooms are of a good size very comfortable even the room service is excellent many restaurants and shopping centres just in the vicinity the locations is too good of this property

Really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend everyone to consider staying at radisson whenever visiting delhi.

I had an amazing experience at hotel from the moment i arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed.

Good hygiene, polite and supportive staff. No warm water in the morning for bath, TV not working. Smoking smell in the room including bathroom, I was with my wife and daughter. It was like passive smoking though out the night.

1.The bedsheets had stains on them 2. The room smelled like ciggerates 3. the shower was extremely dirty and had water marks and stains all over them. 4. The staff of the hotel was rude and inconsiderate towards our problem and was trying to shed the dirt from them. 5. there was no manager and when he called was he was extremely rude and asked us to leave. 6. when we demanded our refund they refused and asked us to vacate the property. 7. I will be seeking legal actions against the hotel

Very nice experience with lavish inn also food is very good. Staff is very cordial and supportive. Room size is good enough and well maintained. Best according to budget.
