星景酒店 (Hotel Star View-New Delhi)

Был 4 дня в этом отеле. Очень грязный, фото номеров не соответствует действительности!!!! Все очень старое, постельное белье местами порвано, очень много тараканов, даже специально купил средство от тараканов, после него нашел мёртвыми примерно 8-10 шт. В ванной комнате, все покрыто плесневым налетом. Нет горячей воды. Дали только мыло и одно полотенце. Бесплатный завтрак из всего меню это 2-3 блюда. И самое главное, после выселения, выставили счёт за воду, на 200 рупий, я думал вода бесплатная! Ещё рядом базар, это как плюс так и минус, всегда высокий трафик машин, все сигналят. Днём не возможно находится в этом месте, но за то можно купить вещи и фрукты рядом. Вообщем, если вы в номере только спите, ещё как то можно пойти на то, что бы его взять на небольшой срок до 5 дней. Если в долгий срок, я бы не советовал!

This area is conjested rooms cleness and room service are bad no attendent on floor Hot water supply not done in two days stay interior of room is horribal. Due to pach up work light buttens Are in broken condition lotmore complaints

When i reached the hotel the hotel was already booked and no rooms were available, however, hotel arranged a room in a different hotel named as hotel ambience, hotel is just name sake, their hotel rooms are uncomfortable and the bathroom is not that good, i called customer service for this they said by 5-6 pm they will offer me a good room but still my situation was same, light were very dim, bathroom ceiling were not proper, toilet flush was not working properly. Just imagine in faced all these issues with my wife. I called again to customer service, they apologized and said they will offer me a complimentary breakfast in the morning. At morning hotel denied and said we have no confirmation about it. At morning i connected, they confirmed that they spoken to hotel manager and they will give me breakfast but at the end they denied and hotel staff behaved arrogantly, at first they said they are offering me complimentary breakfast then they denied, I end up paying the whole amount of food and hotel, with a worst experience.

Room are clean & location is near metro, food is good, staff are humble. Water supply are regular.

Location is the only good part. Very bad bathrooms. Filthy, had booked with breakfast. Never do that here. As breakfast is for a child. Send floor boy who shouts loudly says you are on 24 hrs checkout when mmt voucher says before 12 noon. Don't ever go here.

I highly recommend this property. This property is secure and i like the comfort. Nearby market and metro. Staff is so cooperative and i really like the ambience. I am definitely gonna come back here.

So there was ac specified while booking, but there was no ac, lift was not working room was very dirty, bathroom was not clean, basin tap was not working room number was 201

Location was great. It saves time to visit around forts. Staffs are polite and very helpful. Easy checkin process. Rooms are clean as in pictures.
