My parents (senior citizens) stayed here for my dad's treatment at a nearby hospital. the staff are not friendly and it takes multiple reminders over telephone to get everything done. the rooms have very basic amenities so it's not value for money. the restaurant fails to follow clear instructions about dietary requirements and it takes 2-3 iterations to get a correct order. overall, this was a disappointment and an overpriced one.

I recently stayed at Hotel City Park in Delhi for one day, and my experience was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and well-prepared. The hotel room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The services provided by the staff were also very good. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

I stayed in this property for 1 night, room sizes were too small and also, these guys kept on calling for payment in 1 minute ( 10 times ), despite telling it will be done in half hour. Very impatient staff and poor service.

Rooms are quite spacious, clean & well maintained with all required facilities easily available, hotel service providers are quite polite, helpful & co-operative, breakfast menu has quite a lot of options & it’s tastes good too, close to metro station & restaurants, overall the experience was quite splendid worth giving a try if you are in delhi.
