千萬別訂這家酒店，中國人不騙中國人！5星級的價格，2星半的水平。房間非常小，即使訂了套房房間，也是和普通房間一樣小。衞生很差，早餐廳擁擠，最後退房收拾行李時在房間竟然發現了一衹老鼠。

수영장 이 보이는 객실이 였고,전 보다는 조금 개선 되었지만 이 호텔의 단점 너무 습하다는것 입니다.눅눅하다 못해. 베개가 축축하여,침구류 교체와,제습기를 요청,하였고 2시간후 에 처리가 되었습니다.

I had booked a room here for the first time and my stay was terrible I do not like it, this is a 5 star hotel? it's a long list. 1. The room was not good at all, it was smelling. 2. I had asked for soap at night, I got it in the morning after calling again. 3. The washbasin tank was strange and there was no hand shower. 4. I ate paneer tikka and after that I felt like vomiting. 5. The staff was very rude, he was arguing.

Paid a lot for it, stayed with my wife and we had to ask for two toothbrush and slippers. The locker was not working, the shoe polish wasn't able to open, TV channels were mostly non existent and most importantly the water was only hot. No cold water to wash face. Staff was helpful but why let the guests go through the pain if you're taking 8k per day?

The rooms are pathetic, Smelly and so unhygienic. The switches are so unclean that you cant imagine coming with your kids. The check in experience was the worst, it took around 30-40 minutes even after requesting that we have baby infant. Worst 5 start hotel I have ever stayed in.
