広くて綺麗な部屋でバスタブ付きでゆっくりできました。ウェルカムおやつが用意されていたのですが、チョコレート以外は味がイマイチでした、、。 近くにカーンマーケットがあり、高級感があるお店が多く夜でも歩ける感じでした。

案內された部屋は窓にベニヤ板が貼られ、窓無しのスイートルーム。部屋は豪華でも窓が1つも無いのはもはや部屋ではないので普通の部屋に変更して頂きました。場所は良いし靜かなので4つ星と思わず泊まるらな有りです。 ホテル館內の資料を部屋に置いて欲しいです。

Room was beautiful and very spacious. Bathrooms are clean. Unfortunately the pool was under renovation so we didn't get to experience it. Gym is small but gets the job done. Breakfast is very very delicious, and there is a cute bookstore and souvenir shop inside the hotel. Location was convenient for what we needed. Guest services was a bit spottier: we called down a few times for laundry with no response, and we had two problems with our laundry bill. Overall, not quite as professional as the other staff we encountered. We would stay again!

our experience was not very nice. we had 2 nights stay and we had to change two rooms. both rooms had their weird problems. first room we got a twin bed instead of queen bed which was very uncomfortable. Secondly they refused and said that they dont have a queen room but a decent ***ager told the reception guy to give the room with queen bed. in the new room since its was the old property the side lamps were broken and not repaired , even an incident of short circuit also happened with us in the hotel. Overall our stay was not as great as expected from a Taj Property. not going to recommend this place for stay especially for new years eve.
