The hotel i stayed in is really good. The most important thing is i really felt safe here. And the staff was really helpful. Especially Mr. Sandeep he helped me alot. The hotel was each to reach and in a very good place. If you are a solo female Traveller i would suggest you to stay in. Safety with comfort and good food good service and very pleasant hospitality. I also would like to mention mr. Sujit takur for his room service. Thanking all the hotel staff for such a great experience in New Delhi.

The hotel staff is great and attentive. I would say they can improve on the cleanliness of the washroom. I stayed for 3 nights and the stay is fairly good. Food is great specially the breakfast items. We ordered room service and A la Carte as well, whereas both were great. Loved the hospitality of security staff and FO staff,F&B guys also. Always smiling!☺️

Doesn’t meet the standards of 5 star hotel, WC flush button was broken, TV units was very small and with limited channel option, Washroom tiles were faded and dusty.  AC unit was bit noisy and the floor was without carpet seems to be very unaesthatic.
