The room was foul smelling causing extreme trouble. Staff declined room change. There is no lift. One has to climb 3 to 4 stairs causing immense trouble to elders and children. Staff is not so friendly.

Not good room condition and service is too low bad size is not too good, bathroom is not clean well and all things is too cheap. Glasses and jug is too dirty and staff behaviour is so rude. All of this hotel is not good for stay.

Amenities don't match with what is mentioned 1. No toiletries 2. Geyser outages 3. Washrooms water logging issues 4. No toilet paper 5. No lift 6. Arrogant front office guy 7. No heater in room delhi has cold weather in dc end when i stayed. 8. No hangers 9. Very bare facilities but for the facilities they provide the price it is very costly
