Honestly, this was a really disappointing experience. To be fair, the room itself was good, everything was clean, and the hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Unfortunately, the entire experience was ruined by an extremely unprofessional handling of the laundry service. When I checked in, I specifically asked about the laundry service. The receptionist clearly told me that because I was staying for 4 days and 3 nights, the laundry service would be FREE OF CHARGE. Based on that information, I decided to wash my clothes, including my innerwear. Why would I wash all of these clothes otherwise when I was leaving India in just a few days? Then, when I checked out TODAY, I was suddenly told that the laundry was chargeable — and the bill was ₹2,300. Seriously? There are two major problems here: 1. Your receptionist gave me WRONG INFORMATION. If the laundry service was chargeable, I should have been told clearly at check-in. I would never have agreed to send my clothes for laundry if I had known it would cost ₹2,300. 2. Your laundry staff DID NOT EVEN COLLECT THE LAUNDRY LIST/SHEET FROM ME when they picked up my clothes. So how exactly did you calculate ₹2,300? I myself don't even know exactly how many pieces of clothing were sent for laundry, yet somehow the hotel magically knows the exact amount to charge me. And before anyone thinks I simply refused to pay — I PAID THE ₹2,300 because I was rushing to the airport and did not have the time to argue with the hotel staff or delay my departure. Paying the bill under those circumstances does NOT mean I agree that the charge was fair or that the hotel handled the situation properly. This is not simply about ₹2,300. It is about basic communication, transparency, and professionalism. If your own receptionist gives guests incorrect information and your staff cannot even properly document what was sent for laundry, the guest should NOT be expected to blindly accept a ₹2,300 charge at checkout. A good room and quiet location mean very little when a hotel cannot get something as basic as communication and billing right. Extremely frustrating way to end my stay in India. I expected much better from a hotel.

This hotel is in a nice locality in South Delhi. But it is showing its age now. I stayed 2 years ago, but the rooms show poor workmanship and construction, especially in the bathroom. Fixtures are of poor low grade quality for a hotel that rates itself highly. The rooms are comfortable and satisfactory. The staff are efficient and professional. The breakfast is quite acceptable.

Overall, my stay at Hotel Nuo Trusta was acceptable, and most aspects of the hotel were satisfactory. However, the air-conditioning issue was a serious problem, especially considering the hot weather during my stay. The air-conditioning in our room stopped working, and we had to endure an uncomfortable night. The following day, the same issue occurred again. The hotel allowed us to change rooms, which we appreciated, but the air-conditioning in the new room was also not very strong. In addition, the electricity suddenly cut off once or twice during our stay, which was inconvenient. For the price paid, I believe the hotel should place greater emphasis on guest comfort, particularly ensuring that the air-conditioning works properly. A comfortable room temperature is essential for guests to rest well and enjoy their stay without worrying about whether the air-conditioning will function throughout the night. I appreciate the staff’s effort in changing our room, but the hotel should improve its maintenance and room facilities to provide a more comfortable and reliable experience for guests.

Not the same as the pictures I arrived and immediately asked to change the cover and sheets because it was so dirty and still they changed with more dirty ones I had to use disposable pillow cover and disposable bath towel to survive the shitty hygiene This is not even a 1 star hotel , very bad don’t go there
