I booked this hotel online, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. When I made the online booking, I selected a Standard Room because it was shown with a refrigerator and a bathtub in the room photos and amenities. However, after check-in, there was no refrigerator and no bathtub. The TV service was also not working. At around 11:00 PM, I had to request a room change, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and disturbed my stay. The breakfast was good, but that was the only positive part of my experience. Although this hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, based on my personal experience, it felt more like a 3-star hotel. I honestly feel that my ₹5,600 was not well spent. This is my personal experience, and I’m sharing it to help other travelers. Others may have a different experience, but these were the issues I faced during my stay.

Хороший отель. Отзывы плохие читала, все же поехали с мужем в этот отель. Рискнула и не пожалела. Номер 30 метров , с большим окном, все в номере было. Завтрак приличный.

Very bad experience. The rooms are non ventilated, it will feel like a coffin. Mosquitoes available. The receptionist male was non cooperative. When i checked out he offered to change the room. Otherwise he advised all rooms are sameComfortable stay with minor maintenance issues — good value overall. A pleasant stay overall. The room was well-appointed and comfortable, fitting the standard expected at this price point. However, the shower was not functioning

I had stayed at this hotel around four years ago and had a great experience, which is why I booked it again. Unfortunately, this time it was an absolute disaster. First, the initial room given to us was poorly maintained, rusty, and felt very uncomfortable, so we had to change rooms. Then came the biggest issue — the AC was barely working in peak summer. Despite complaining twice, the reception kept assuring us it would be fixed, but the room never got properly cool throughout the night. In fact, we were literally given a standing fan to make us “comfortable” because the AC wasn’t functioning properly.
