Very bad service, hotel room key was not working, so was escorting everyone to the room. Not going to stay even I get in free of cost.

Wonderful place with exquisite design and extremely friendly staff, especially in the restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.

Really beautifully designed hotel, large rooms and comfortable bed. I would like to especially mention the staff and food at the iah restaurant. Unfortunately, I only stopped for a short time before my overnight flight. but at night the air conditioner stopped working for heat and switched itself to 18 degrees cold, I couldn’t switch it on my own... in the end, I fell asleep as is. And after 2.5 hours in the cold I got a sore throat, which marred my impression. Everything is great, but please, check the air conditioners so that they work permanently at the set temperature and mode
