I stayed there for 31st night with my two kids and parents - excited to ring in the new year! But everything went south! Well not sure it should be a five star property Check-in : they couldn’t find my bookings of two rooms even when I had already emailed them the details and we were communicating from a week Prior. Room: extra bed provided (on charge) was hard plywood folding type, the mattress provided with that was as hard as a rock. We couldn’t sleep obviously- imagine this being 1st of Jan - first day of new year Service: the overall hospitality was amiss. At 2 am the bed would only be provided if i pay first!! The duty manager will not be available to speak or address the issues! At time of check-out no mention of all the hassles of previous night and they charged twice the price for that horrendous bed!! Please help yourself - book somewhere else.

I’ve stayed at Roseate House New Delhi many times, perhaps 11-12 visits by now, and it never disappoints. The hotel has a fresh, youthful energy, thanks to its young and attentive staff who keep everything running smoothly.
