結論：不推薦，有性價比更高的選擇。在考慮的看真實的差評。闡述理由：首先預訂的時候就説明要朝向好的房間，當天入住給我開了一個正對爛尾樓工地的房間，樓下看下去都是在午休的民工，立馬要求換房。 換了房間後，進去房間裡有味道，但是不想折騰了，印度住房間有味道也正常。到處看看裝修，不能細看，衞生做了不到位，設計槽點多。 入住體驗感差，床是凹陷下去的，房間是有味道的，隔壁晚上是放印度歌舞的。 餐食很一般，種類不多。遂決定退房。 通過訂房網站去4次申請，均被拒，理由軟硬施加都不行，衹能在海外吃癟。價格完全跟體驗不符合，比國內一線城市五星酒店還貴，哪來的底氣。 這個評論賺積分，幫同胞避雷。

Terrible mould smell from old ventilation system, was obliged to cancel booking for return staying on 8th Aug because of that.  Amazing window view ;)

I reached the hotel and was told there was no room available even after having a confirmed reservation. After waiting the receptionist said “ok i will give you a room” as if doing a favor. Not expected from a $500 reservation.

I stayed there for 31st night with my two kids and parents - excited to ring in the new year! But everything went south! Well not sure it should be a five star property Check-in : they couldn’t find my bookings of two rooms even when I had already emailed them the details and we were communicating from a week Prior. Room: extra bed provided (on charge) was hard plywood folding type, the mattress provided with that was as hard as a rock. We couldn’t sleep obviously- imagine this being 1st of Jan - first day of new year Service: the overall hospitality was amiss. At 2 am the bed would only be provided if i pay first!! The duty manager will not be available to speak or address the issues! At time of check-out no mention of all the hassles of previous night and they charged twice the price for that horrendous bed!! Please help yourself - book somewhere else.

Достаточно спорный отель, для ночевки перед рейсом подойдет На ресепшене персонал не был особо дружелюбным и половину вопросов просто пропустил. Ничего не объяснив, ни сориентировали даже где лифт Бассейн сфоткан красиво, на деле очень грустный и маленький Номер весь уже обшарпан,хотя дизайн очень понравился. Слышимость очень сильная, ночью выезжали люди и в коридоре просто орали переговариваясь минут 10, в таком не месте не выспишься. Могу отметить ресторан на 2 этаже отличный, очень вкусно и красиво было

Amazing hotel with great facilities. The room was luxurious, with elegant decor and top-notch amenities. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring every need was met with promptness and a warm smile. The on-site dining was a culinary delight, offering a diverse menu with exquisite flavors. I’ve stayed at Roseate House New Delhi many times, perhaps 11-12 visits by now, and it never disappoints. The hotel has a fresh, youthful energy, thanks to its young and attentive staff who keep everything running smoothly. The breakfast is consistently excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. It’s always a pleasure returning here, and I look forward to my next stay!
