Water leakage from the basin , no hot water in the shower , no proper carpet .. moreover i asked for the hair dryer as mentioned in the amenities then they said .. ye toh purane jamane se likha hua h .. yaha ye sab nahi milta h .. no buffet for breakfast moreover the breakfast they give in room was not so good

Hotel was not on par with 3 star hotels. The toilets were dirty. Lenins provided were torn and the furniture provided were chipped and hurt the legs.

Found it online. Nice location, Decent breakfast, Okayish rooms, space is good but floor is not nice always seems to be dirty, staff is lazy. Tea tastes different everyday and experience keeps going down. They sent milk instead of Coffee which was strange!! These kind of mistakes they keep doing. No dedicated iron. Staff will clean the room but it will still look like before! Staff doesn’t communicate or ask if guest needs sonneting. Mattress is old covers are sometimes torn. Staff is polite but ignorant.

Even after opting for early checkin we were not given room early. Very costly food. Even one bottle of mineral water costs 100/-

The hotel staff were really good and the toilet was well maintained. My only complain is that the rooms were too close together so sound was coming from other rooms.
