A very local part of the city which is interesting and away from the usual tourist spots. Very friendly staff and a well organised hotel. Just lots of condensation in the room making everything a little damp but for one night transit it was a good choice ✌🏼

Mosquitoes, insects in the room. Ground floor room - couldn't sleep due to nose of rain assured to attend no warm water for bathe on first call, didn't turn up. On second call, the attendad took approx 20 mnt to resolve the staff at reception on arrival was sincerely polite and genuine.

First day the ac was not working and same with shower so i used bucket to bath but to my shock it was leaking from inside second day on my request they changed my room it was quite good room but ac was still not cooling and was not properly functional i told them to extend my stay in the same room but next day they told me to leave manager was quite helpful but ignorant at the same time

May it had been a good property some time back but now it's a complete disaster. Rooms allotted were of the poorest quality- dingy and small. Noisy exhaust, one small bed for two adults. Dirty table clothes in the restaurant. Staff behaviour poor - no one to carry out luggage even, bathroom - toilet seat broken, kettle broken, extra blanket not available, no suggestions for anything, water charges way above mrp. Overall terrible experience.

The owner and the receptionist were very rude. They didn’t not even take a single request into consideration. When we asked for water they said we can only give after 11am. It was a total mood off stay.
