Thank you to 訂房網站 for reviewing my case and confirming that my refund will be transferred to me. Booking ID: **************** Although I appreciate the resolution, I would like to highlight that the Delhi/NCR customer restriction at Joey's Hostel Delhi was not clearly mentioned on 訂房網站 when I made the booking. The property refused to provide accommodation, and I immediately attempted to cancel through the 訂房網站 app, but the cancellation request could not be processed. I appreciate 訂房網站's support in resolving the matter and confirming my refund. I hope 訂房網站 will ensure that such property restrictions are clearly displayed to customers before they complete a booking in the future.

Place is good. Location may be not that great. Staff is good. The stay is clean. Bathrooms are clean. Sheets are changed after every check out. People there are very friendly and welcoming. There are places to eat nearby. Very economical stay. Plus complimentary breakfast. All in all it is a good stay.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and offered a stunning view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch. The on-site restaurant served delicious food with great variety. Its central location made exploring the city effortless. Every detail was thoughtfully managed, making my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and exceptional service. I can't wait to return!

Joey's hostel is freindly atmosphere, i stayed about 5 days only problem they switch off the aircondtion in the morning and restart only in the night times and in the night ac is not effective at all, more over 2 nights there was no ac for day and night inspite of complaining they don't even care as it's huge demand in summer for hostel

Location is good but breakfast served was not good also, people tend to keep their smelly socks in the dorms which makes the experience not good.

It's important to be respectful and mindful of shared living spaces, and unfortunately, my experience at this dormitory fell short of expectations due to disruptive behavior. The issue of people engaging in intimate activities in the dormitory made for an uncomfortable atmosphere for others. This situation significantly impacted the overall comfort and privacy of the residents. It's essential for management to address such behavior promptly to ensure a more respectful and harmonious environment for everyone residing there.
