喬提馬哈爾皇家遺產酒店 - 距新德里火車站5分鐘 & 距地鐵站2分鐘 (Jyoti Mahal - A Royal Heritage Hotel - Close to Connaught Place)

This was booked for my uk resident cousin with her 2 kids. The booking was for deluxe room with breakfast and staff refused to give breakfast and she had to go outside with kids for it. It was shocking for me as where is atithi devo bhava for foreigners. Now they agreed fault and asked me to take refund of 500 rupee. Do this 500 rupee repair my embarrassment done to me and my cousin.

No water bottle was provided, the linen was substantial, curtains were pathetic, and bed kept nosing. It is nowhere to a 3 star. Pictures depicting classy and eye-catching looks bno whereere near to 3 star categeory. I will give this property only 2 stars.

Rooms had a nice aesthetic but lacked essentials like a hot kettle and hand towel. Digital security lock missing. Constant disturbance from traffic and local noises. Coffee ordered tasted bad, came in a strange-smelling cup. The entrance was the only positive highlight.

Hotel is good, property was under renovation hence disturbance, customer service is very good, if there was a lift that would be good as room was on 3rd floor, food is good

I found this hotel while looking for stay closer to new delhi tourist sites. The location is it's strongest feature as it is about central to many tourists attractions such as india gate, cp, humayun tomb, lodhi garden etc. It's at walking distance from rk ashram metro station. It's located in pahadganj bazar so at times get traffic jam in peak hours. It's close proximity to many wholesale garments shops so enjoy shopping. The hotel is beautiful but now quite old. He renovation work was in progress so may be get a facelift soon. It's a 3 storey building without lift and a rooftop restaurant which has nice ambience. The rooms are spacious but beds are old. We booked deluxe room but they gave two single beds attached together instead of a king size bed. It seemed similar situation in other rooms(peek-a-boo) as well. As far as safety is concerned it's quite safe. Many foreign tourists staying there comfortably. Kitchen serves good food but at exorbitant prices. Buffet breakfast will cost you 300 bucks/pack for cereals/breadbutter jam/paratha. Staff won't bother you much. But provide services on demand. Kitchen guy kept asking for cash instead of online payment.

Poor service/facilities in comparison to the price charged. Low maintained infrastructure. Will get far more good quality stays at the same price.

Well maintained spacious rooms, cleanliness level good, hotel staff cooperative. Had pleasant stay.

Beautiful ambiance, really polite staff, and the rooms literally smell like first rains. After a busy day a peaceful sleep is all you need. Highly recommended for families and couples!

It was wonderful experience to staying this real hiratage and royal accomodation of this haweli type hotel

Basic needs like water was also not provided by them …paid money for it ,Tv not working …overall it a basic room with no amenities
