コンノート・プレイスのど真ん中に在り、ショッピングや食事に関しては事欠かきません。レストランはいろいろな種類のお店がたくさんあるので、毎日の食事に頭を悩ませる必要はほぼ無いです。宿泊に朝食を付けることもできます。スタッフはとても気さくな人たちで、サービスはいいと思います。ただ施設に関してい言うと、エレベーターが無いので、毎日の階段の昇り降りはちょっと辛いです。それでもチェックインとアウトの時は従業員の方が手伝ってくれるので、そちらの心配はありません。部屋にはエアコンが付いているので、室溫に関しては大丈夫です。ちょとした冷蔵庫も付いています。貴重品を入れる金庫はノートパソコを入れるには小さ過ぎるので、これは大きいサイズのものに換えてもらいたい。また WiFi の接続が弱く、使用中に通信が途切れる事がありました。これは改善の餘地大いにあります。毎日 ビッグサイズのミネラルウォーター２本を提供してくれたので、これには大いに助かりました。インドで水は命です。ヘアードライアーを部屋に付けてくれると更に有り難いです。

場所がとても良い所でした。ホテルの方も親切でした。ルームクリーニングも問題は無かったです。 もし、リクエスト出來るのであればアメニティでシャンプーの他にヘアコンディショナーとドライヤーが欲しいです。

My train was arrived early so i asked them for early check-in as i had to early check-out on the next day but they didn’t even listen to us. Not value for money. Services were not provided for the amount they charged. Services are like one-star only. Too poor service. Food quality is also not good and up to the mark as compared to other three-star hotels

The rooms were disgusting. There were cockroaches in the room. I had booked a deluxe room but in the start they gave me a single room with a bed. The whole property was congested. I was charged a lot. The staff was really shrude. I had to asking for sanitation kits and all. Breakfast was pathetic i don't why i paid for it. Wifi was not working. When i told the manager about the wifi he asked me to use my data.

I was allotted Room No 104 on second floor. The charges were little bit high due to location at CP inner circle. High rates paid parking (approximately Rs. 500 for 24 hours) is available there. I didn't see any lift there. The first problem what we faced was the unlawful behaviour of person at front desk/reception. He told me that only the females of more than 25 years of age are allowed in Hotel. I showed him my advocate ID and informed him that the legal provision provides that any person having the age of 18 years or more is permitted but to my utter surprise, he refused to accept this legal provision. Food taste and quality was good. Cleanliness of room was average. Property is carefully maintained. Better hotels deals are available nearby for similar charges; we couldn't change because of MMT rule of "non-cancellable booking". Suggested for persons, who want to enjoy and explore CP circle market and nearby locations.

Bad service! poor management and too many stairs. After reaching post 3pm i had to wait for 45mins to get a small room. Room service is terrible and one has to call to different numbers to get the things done. I wish i never get a situation wherein i have to stay in this hotel. Its really a pain. Asking for water makes them nervous and they may not give you. After so many questions i gave up on asking bottles fr-in them. Bad and pathetic too many stairs for senior people & after paying they may not give you water and hesitate in giving dental kit and easy stay. Try for some place near vfs if with parents, staff is not friendly.

Service is poor, rooms are small if we compare it with the tariff also housekeeping, staff are many thumbs down. If with senior members avoid because there are too many steps stairs. They hesitate in giving room kits, water and make you feel uncomfortable. Not a helpful staff, at reception people are rude and even at late checkin they take long time in allotting rooms. From pictures it's tough to identify the rooms, rooms are small and staff is not good at all

Service was slow and not up to the mark. When i stayed there summer was on its peak. When i checked in the room i asked the staff to provide me cold water bottle but they said we don’t have cold water, we just put water bottle in the fridge. After an hour i asked again and to my amusement they answered the same, not available. They didn’t even put a single bottle in my room’s fridge in advance instead kept it on the table. There was a short guy with the specs on the reception who was rude. He was loud and harsh while saying anything you ask, things that he could have said politely otherwise. You can get better hotels for this price in nearby area.
