Very lovely room, comfortable bed and pillows, very clean and really reasonable price! showers were working nice and hot and ac was all good, and staff were really friendly, giving us complimentary beverages when we first arrived and attentive to our requests for things like water, toilet paper, towels, iron etc. Receptionist was also very welcoming and security guard super friendly. It was a great stay for 2 nights in delhi with this hotel!

Had a really nice experience staying here. Highly recommended for everyone. It is perfect place to stay for anyone looking for luxury. Comfort. And impeccable service. Highly recommended. All members were very helpful. Polite. And humble.

Location is good. Near to new delhi railway station. Staff behavior is very friendly. Specially mr. Jojaf is very helpful and he is very nice guy. Food is good. Rooms are clean and all the amenities are available. Value for money.

Pathetic exp. Tiny room given against suite booking. Washroom flush not working, hotel staffs were putting ac off as per their wish. After saying for 5-6 times and waiting for 2-3 hrs they would turn on the ac whereas booking was done for ac suite room. Ac remote not working, tv not working, and the unclean beds, no room cleaning, ac water dripping from washroom ceiling, had to ask for dustbin, slippers and electric kettle. Overall horrible and not at all worth 3star rating rather mm t must blacklist this so called hotel. Also staff not at all cooperative, they will not listen to any request and not help rather will work as per their wish.

Horrible, as we entered premises of the hotel some guests leaving blasted out on hotel services like acs are not working, as well as that hotel transferred us on another property by saying we will like it, that property services are worst, ac not working, room service boys are totally unprofessional and hopeless, being an lawyer i am taking strict action against this hotel as it is total deficiency in services

I had a worst experience at this hotel and its not even a hotel its like home stay please dont book and ruin you day . We asked for early check-in and hotel owner demanded for 700₹ extra for 2 hour early check in even they had empty rooms still they want me to pay 700 more i booked this room for 1500 and for 2 hours early check -in . Such a rude staff receptionist is very rude and unresponsive. They dont talk properly they dont answer we waited for 1 1/2 hpurs for room but they keep ignoring so we left the hptel and didnt check it please read the google reviews of this hotel their is real review in make my 訂房網站 there are fake review dont book this hotel

Stay was horrible. I was asked to pay early checkin fee of rs. 700 even though i called them one day before to confirm the same. They only allowed my early checkin for a condition that i checkout at 12:00 am on the same day. Overall the room was only for 4 hours. Locality was horrible and rooms were really unhygienic. It was more like a shady hotel. Never expected this kind of hotels in mmt. Definitely a basic quality check is required. Overall the experience was worse and will never book this again and nor recommend it.

Room not ready at the time of check-in. Showed a room that was enough size to hold a bed alone and it was dirty. Not at all as showed in photos. When insisted for a better room, took me to a different hotel which was only slightly better. Dirty bedsheet, dirty racks and almirahs, dirty bathroom, tv kept on the work table.

It's our great-full stay with my friends hotel located on main street, nearby new delhi railway station the hotel staff was friendly and helpful hotel manager was so co operative it's was great hospitality.
